Welcome to Baseball on the Road!

That’s Gregg on the left and Brent on the right. We’re both fans of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, but even bigger fans of baseball. It’s our mutual goal to visit every single MLB stadium all across this great land. As baseball fans, we’ve both experienced countless games at the park, but not at very many different stadiums. That’s all about to change.

This concerted effort to visit all 30 MLB ballparks will officially kick-off with a week-long trip in June 2012; we’re going to hit six stadiums in five different cities in six days: D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, and Boston. It is this Northeast Swing that has served as the impetus for this blog, a blog that we hope to utilize in chronicling all of our baseball adventures.

This blog is just as much for us as it is for you. We want to put ink to paper (in an internet-cyber sort of way) so that when we’re both wizened, old men, we can tell young whipper-snappers of all the amazing baseball experiences that can be had! We’ll be posting about the ballparks themselves, the planning before our trips, as well as daily updates and photos while we’re on the road. We welcome comments, advice, and pretty much any kind of interaction from you!

Along the way, we hope you can live vicariously through us as we embark on this great adventure; or perhaps, you’ll find great information to assist you in conquering an ultimate baseball roadtrip of your own; or even still, perhaps you’ll simply be inspired. If not, that’s cool, too…we just want to write down what we do while we experience Baseball on the Road!
